What brands do you offer on your Web site?
Right now we offer the following brands: Claesen's, Skivvydoodles, At Home Pajamas, Knucklehead's Clothing, Baby Steps Pajamas, Hatley Pajamas, Papa Bear Loungeabouts, New Jammies Organic Pajamas , P.J. Salvage Kids, LazyOne Pajamas, Kicky Pants Bamboo Pajamas, Bedhead Pajamas for Kids and Women and Munki Munki for Women. We are also currently mom-testing several other baby pajamas brands and the ones that make the cut will be offered on our Web site in the near future.
What materials are your pajamas made of and what are the care instructions?
Most of our products are 100% cotton, but please be sure to check the description on each individual pajama. We recommend washing on cold cycle and drying on low heat.
This can minimize shrinkage but keep in mind that regardless of the
washing method you choose, some shrinkage will occur. For this reason,
we suggest purchasing a slightly larger size.
What is your refund policy?
If you are not delighted with our pajamas, we offer an exchange or full
refund as long as the item is returned within 30 days of order
purchase. We will gladly refund your purchase if the item has not been
worn and tags are still attached. Unfortunately after 30 days, all
sales are final. Sorry, we do not provide refunds/credits for shipping and handling charges. Also, clothes must be in original condition and not
worn –no exceptions please. Just mail your item (s) to 11259 E. Via
Linda, Suite. 100, PMB #953, Scottsdale, AZ 85259. Any shipping or gift
wrapping charges will be the responsibility of the customer. If you
have any questions regarding our My Baby Pajamas refund policy, please

How much is shipping?
The goods news is that shipping is free for orders $100.00 and more (in the domestic U.S.). All other orders will be estimated in the shopping cart. All orders are shipped by the United States Postal Service. Prices will depend on which shipping option you have chosen.
We have Express Mail, Priority Mail, First class Mail, and Priority Mail International. First Class Mail is only a option if the package is 13 ounces and under (USPS Rule).
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. My Baby Pajamas is not responsible for lost packages, taxes, or tariffs imposed by the country of origin.
When will I receive my order?
Depending on the delivery option you choose, it can be the standard 2-10 business days.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
No, at this time gift wrapping is not offered. Do check back with us because we are working on it.
Is my personal information safe on your Web site?
Yes, all personal and credit card information we collect on our site
will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused,
rented, disclosed or loaned to any organization without your consent.
Can I call in a pajama order over the phone?
We are primarily an e-business and we operate best by e-mail. However, if you prefer to speak to a customer service representative over the phone, you may call 480-330-6380 and we would be happy to take your phone order during the hours of 9 am PST to 7 pm PST.
What sizes do your pajamas come in?
Currently, we sell pajamas and loungewear in sizes newborn (0 - 24 months) to toddler (2T - 4T) and older (5 - 14 years). Plus, we carry women's sizes x-small to size x-large depending on the company.
